Teaching you how to effectively move through space and build functional strength, through unique and effective bodyweight exercises, created by your coach, and the president of the Dutch Calisthenics Federation.
All of our trainings are based on fundementals of bodyweight expercises, science and athletic performance. Depending on your level - we have programs for absolute beginners, to competitive athletes.
Our trainings implement principles of different fields of sports, such as gymnastics, martial arts, bodybuilding, ballet and weight lifting, while incorporating safety precautions of physiotherapists.
